1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Public Offer is an official proposal by FOP Talamanchuk K.S. (hereinafter — Service Provider) to conclude an Information Services Agreement with any capable individual or legal entity (hereinafter — Customer). Payment constitutes acceptance per Art. 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
2. SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT
2.1. The Service Provider provides the Customer with an information service in the form of a digital PDF document (Guide) — general informational material on legal topics. Guides are not legal consultations or legal aid as defined by Ukrainian law.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1. Each Guide costs 699 UAH. Payment via Wayforpay (NBU licensed). Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay accepted. The Service Provider is a single tax 3rd group payer, not a VAT payer.
4. DELIVERY
4.1. After payment confirmation, a PDF download link is automatically sent to the Customer's email within 15 minutes.
5. REFUND POLICY
5.1. Digital products cannot be returned after access is granted, per Ukrainian consumer protection law. Exception: technical failure to deliver within 72 hours.
